To match the nominated care worker as closely as possible with the client, and respecting the need to change the care worker in the event of subsequent non-compatibility.

To manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make best use of resources and to maximise the value of money for the client.

The range of services that our clients/service users can expect from ‘BLM Healthcare’ include the following:
- Personal Care Services
- Day sitting service
- Night sitting service
- Domestic care service
- Putting to bed service
- Getting up service
- Pension collection service
- Laundry service
- Medication assistance
If you do not require Live in Care we also provide less intensive packages of Domiciliary Care. You can choose to receive care from us from as little as one hour a day up to 12 hours a day. We can provide Domiciliary Care should you require assistance with personal care, dressing, preparation of meals, household tasks, cleaning and shopping etc
We have a flexible night care service if this is required, you can choose from one of the following:
Awake – For service users requiring attention during the night.
Sitting – For those who may need some assistance in the night.
Sleeping – For those who cannot be left alone during the night.
